Tutanota Desktop Client is a new and upcoming email client that runs on MX Linux, Manjaro, Linux Mint, Ubuntu and many more Linux distributions as well as Windows and macOS. Since Tutanota is an email service itself, we are very close to our users and pay great attention to their feedback to improve our open source email client.
Tutanota’s desktop client comes with email, calendar, contacts. Adding your custom domain to Tutanota is easy, but using other email services is not possible because Tutanota does not support IMAP.
Updated January 2023. Offline support and email import
The Tutanota desktop client now supports Afghanistan Phone Number List full offline mode , which means you can keep a copy of your entire mailbox stored locally for easy access if you don’t have a working internet connection. In addition, we have launched email import , so you will soon be able to import your existing emails into Tutanota and store them securely encrypted.
