TeleCube SIP Communicator – make calls directly from your computer

 

We are not idle and have been working hard since the beginning of the year to be able to offer the best possible services. Thanks to this, we can now present an alternative to the previously offered softphone applications. Throughout the year and even longer, you will be able to make calls and send SMS messages directly from your computer 24/7, using our new TeleCube SIP communicator.

What is TeleCube SIP used for?
TeleCube SIP communicator enables efficient communication directly from a stationary device (laptop, computer) using internal accounts in TeleCube telephony. The tool can be used to make calls (incoming, outgoing and within the company), as well as send and receive SMS messages. Thanks to this solution, there is no need to have a stationary phone that takes up space on the desk.

Where to download TeleCube SIP?

The communicator configured for a specific internal account can be downloaded directly from the TeleCube Customer Panel. To do this, log in to your account and go to the “Virtual Exchange” and “SIP Accounts (Internal)” tabs. Then, at the interesting internal number for which the configured application is to be downloaded, click the gear symbol and select “Download configured softphone” from the list.

In the pop-up that Binance Database appears, click “Download free TeleCube SIP”. When installing the tool, we recommend following the instructions available for download on the panel by clicking a little lower in the pop-up.

Important! The TeleCube SIP application is available only in a version for stationary devices, e.g. laptops and computers (with Windows, Linux, MacOS and FreeBSD). In the case of mobile devices, we recommend using other available softphone software. In the Customer Panel, in addition to the TeleCube SIP communicator, we also provide installation links and instructions for the Grandstream Wave application (a free application that also works well on iOS) and ZoIPer (a paid application compatible with Android, among others).

How do I make my first call?

By downloading the configured TeleCube SIP communicator from the Customer Panel, it will be ready to operate immediately after installation. It will be possible to make calls and send SMS messages in a simple way. Just enter the number and click the appropriate button.

Please note that the auto-configuration file is valid for 7 days from the date of download from the panel. After this time, the installer will still work, but it will be necessary. Howover to manually configure the application for the selected internal account. To do this, you will need to enter the login and password of the specific SIP account.
